From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a delicious cool drink. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds comfy.
The staff are the most helpful and friendly we have ever come across.
The breakfast is plentiful with great variety and fresh fruit.
Would definitely return and stay at Alana Nga Trang.

Went for a weekend with friends. Clean room, great service - so surprised to receive a birthday cake! Front desk is always smiling, polite and very helpful. Wonderful breakfast spread. Right by the beach. Though abit noisy at night, but hotel provide ear plugs.

I stayed in the "studio sea view" room and let me tell you... that view is amazing! The room has tall windows and corner views of the ocean. The entire restroom has ocean views too! The only downside (or good if you're into it) is the windows aren't tinted so people can see you walking around with your birthday suit on. There's a mini fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase and there's also a safe available to lock your stuff. The staff is excellent with great customer service. I would definitely book again. It can be a bit noisy due to construction and cars honking so they provide ear plugs. They should also add a step to get in and out of the tub. It's pretty steep and the water gets everywhere. Happy travels!

The hotel and location is amazing! The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional! The facilities are stunning! We had a room with a partial sea view and balcony which was so clean and spacious! We used the gym during our stay and were happy with the variety available. We loved the 3 hour complimentary sun bed access! Made use of it everyday!!! The rooftop pool was beautiful, although the view is gone, which is a pity but it's still lovely and modern! This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Vietnam! Worth the price you pay!!!

It is lovely place. If you want to go to beach just cross the road and this hotel has beach chair which you can use for 3 hrs for free.
There was a staff who name is Nguyen, help us to find the place that we want to go. The place was my father wanted to there. He was in the army long time ago and only he remember name of army. Nguyen helped us to find the place. I really appreciate it. My father was nearly cry.
I will recommend this hotel if my friends are going. Reasonable price and very friendly staff. There were little misunderstandings but always they fix the problem and made things better.

We are booking three nights stay at alana hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful, room are so clean, big and comfortable, near to sailing club. I will choose here again for next time visit.

Great service and conveniently located. Perfect for the business traveler or family get away. Located a short walk from the beach restaurants and cafes.

Except there is no direct sea view, it is all good. Attentive staff, steam bath, jacuzzi available with rooftop bar and pool. Gym and massage also available. They allow you to bring your own food though you can have free buffet breakfast with ok food for a hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed. Good location

From the welcome by the staff when we arrived to saying goodbye when we departed after 10 lovely days there, I cannot think of a single negative. You made our stay very enjoyable and we will definitely stay again if we come back to Nha Trang.

Very nice hotel located centrally in Nha Trang. The room was lovely with usual amenities: bathroom facilities, mini bar, air conditioning.

Whilst I was there, construction of a new hotel directly next to it was taking place, so there was noise disruption when using the rooftop pool during day.

It is a lovely hotel though and the staff are very friendly.

The bed was extra comfy, the room clean and the bonus was that all this is very handy to a special part of the beach and the Main Street of shops and restaurants. "Cam on"

Great stay! Hotel was great and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The beach is right across the street, and they have towels to borrow and beach chairs you can use. Great stay!
